BEHIND THE SCENES
Gouls n' Gasoline's Creator, Eric Santelli grew up around classic cars and started wrenching on them as a teenager, learning the craft with his own hands and a garage full of old iron. Long before Ghouls n’ Gasoline existed, he spent years traveling to countless car shows across Arizona and beyond, soaking in the culture, the people, and the stories that kept vintage steel alive. Those early experiences shaped his love for the machines and the community that surrounds them.
Along with his love for the automotive world, Eric's creative roots run deep. He grew up watching classic Universal Monster and Atomic‑era films from the 1920s through the 1950s —Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy, Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Wolf Man, and The Ghoul—and he still devours both old creature features and modern horror. Those films shaped his imagination and aesthetic, along with his love for the eerie, nostalgic, and iconic.
